Atlantic Airways asked the Faroese brew- ery Föroya Bjór to brew a beer especially made to be enjoyed on board our flights. Founded in 1888, the family owned brew- ery Föroya Bjór is the oldest brewery in the Faroe Islands, and their response was a Faroese take on the well-known Belgian Witbier (Bière Blanche). Fly WIT me is a light and refreshing witbier made with the best ingredients infused in pristine Faroese water Unfiltered. Goes well with fish, light-meat and in-flight meals, best enjoyed 35.000 feet up in the air. Ingredients: Faroese water, barley malt, wheat, hops, oat, coriander, orange and Faroese Angelica root.
