(beer can sponsors) A 29 acre tract of land was purchased to be used as a park. The money to pay for the park and all improvements, including a modern lighted softball facility, comes from profits earned during the 3 day "Action in Jackson" picnic held in the park and from various softball programs, NOT taxes. The profits earned from the sales of this limited addition beer can will be used to offset the cost of a new restroom and storage facility which has just been com- pleted.
