In this collaboration brew we added what we believe is one of the best fruit combinations for kettle sour ales - mango and passionfruit - as they complement each other and add tropical fruit smoothie mouthfeel and flavour nuances to the beer. We then double dry hopped it with Sabro hops and coconut flakes to push the tropical flavours even further and added some vanilla to supplement the flavour mix. Collab Series
