About this beer... Saison is a refreshing and thirst quenching beer, traditionally strong in alcohol, it also offers lightly tart and sweet flavours with a fresh aroma. Combining Magna and Citra hops, it is gently spiced with ginger, lemon and lime est. It has a hint of cinnamon and is fermented with a special strain of 'Saison' east to deliver a beer that is assertive but refreshing with a peppery spice and a refreshing citrus finish.
