For the first beer Dr. Jekyll looked around him, saw things that were invisible before, collected nothing but British ingredients to concoct the purest royal stout. British heritage barley, locally grown-hops, yeast that has serviced brewers for millenia and burtonized water for a silky mouthfeel. Best served at a temperature of 12°C.
