The addition of rye to the grist adds delicate notes of spice to the otherwise smooth, toffee and dark fruit malt base. Classic US hops add further notes of spice, along with some bright citrus fruit and a blend of American and English ale yeast keep things clean whilst adding a touch of fruity ester aromas.
